CHANGE HOW THE WORLD IMPACTS ON YOU.

People are feeling tremendous stress at work, with layoffs lurking around every corner. That kind of feeling makes it very hard to act pro-actively, or even not to act self-destructively.  

But what I can do is help you to manage those parts of you that get triggered by all of the above, plus more that I haven’t mentioned. Of course, you are going to be angry when your boss expects you to work late every night (or at home on weekends and evenings) and then blows off your request for a raise or promotion. Of course, the current climate of re-organizations and layoffs and sudden firings has you on edge, or overwhelms you with anxiety.  

WE CANNOT CHANGE THE EXTERNAL WORLD. BUT WE CAN CHANGE HOW IT IMPACTS ON US.

We can do that by healing the parts of you that get triggered. Is it the angry protector? The fabulous worker bee that doesn’t know when to stop? The young exile that feels like nothing he does is ever enough?  

By learning to spot the difference between you and your parts, you understand your essential value and can better advocate for yourself.
