I am able to meet you with compassion rather than judgment because I listen to your difficulties and help you to understand your problems through the network of your parts. When I refer to parts, I mean:

a strong feeling, like sadness, elation or anger;

a judgment, such as guilt, shame or self-criticism

or a body sensation, as in “It hit me like a punch in the stomach”, or “my knees gave out.”  

Working with compassion and a specific, individualized plan, I help you to feel better about yourself and gain clarity and mastery over your life.
